Kia has made only minor changes to the K4 for 2027. On both the sedan and hatchback, the GT-Line Premium Package now adds 18-inch black alloy wheels. GT-Line and GT-Line Turbo sedan models can also be ordered with a red interior paired with a Steel Gray exterior.
Kia K4 Engine and Technology
The rest of the K4 lineup carries over unchanged. The standard engine is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder producing 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque.
Buyers can also choose a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 190 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. The turbocharged engine is paired with a conventional eight-speed automatic transmission, while the base engine uses a CVT.
The K4 also offers a range of technology and comfort features, including a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a power driver’s seat with a memory system, ventilated front seats, an AI voice assistant, and a Harman Kardon premium sound system.
