The 2027 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has been heavily reworked with a new look, improved features and new engine options, but loading one with available options can push its price close to $100,000. A fully optioned Silverado 1500 High Country reached $97,592 in a build using Chevrolet’s configurator.
Starting With a $50,795 Silverado
The build begins with the Cab and Box configuration. From the available choices, the Crew Cab with the standard bed was selected at a starting price of $50,795.
The biggest early price increase comes from choosing the Silverado model itself. The High Country is the most expensive option, adding $29,900 and bringing the price to $80,695.
At that price, the High Country includes its standard equipment as well as the top engine option: the new 6.6-liter V8 paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior and Interior Options Add More
Chevrolet offers several free exterior colors, along with special paint choices in three hues. The most expensive special color is Polar White Tricoat, which costs an additional $995.
There are also several wheel designs available. The most expensive wheel option costs $3,750 and appears on the final options page rather than the main exterior section of the configurator.
Interior options are more limited. Buyers can change the interior color palette, while the main paid upgrade is a set of power-adjustable front seats with a massage function, priced at $2,820.
Small Silverado Options Add Up
The final options page includes several smaller upgrades that can collectively make a significant difference in the final price. The Black bowtie emblem costs $325, splash guards add $350 and illuminated door sills cost another $495.
The Multi-Flex tailgate is now priced at $595. Buyers can also add a Kicker sound system integrated into the tailgate for $1,055.
The available in-cab subwoofer and bedside subwoofer options require buyers to contact a dealer for pricing, so their costs are not listed in the configurator.
The Silverado 1500 Reaches $97,592
After selecting all of the options that could be priced through the Silverado 1500 configurator, the final quote reached $97,592. Rounded off, that puts the fully optioned truck close to the $100,000 mark.
The build adds around $20,000 to the $80,695 starting price of the High Country, showing how quickly additional options can raise the final cost of the 2027 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
