Ford is offering a new ORV Package for the 2025 and 2026 Bronco, combining off-road suspension, protective equipment, lighting and styling upgrades for $18,995. The limited-edition package is available for select four-door Bronco trims and provides a coordinated way to enhance off-road capability without purchasing individual components separately.

The package includes FOX off-road suspension, protective plates, auxiliary lighting and 17-inch black wheels, along with several exterior enhancements. However, its high price and limited compatibility mean it is not available for every Bronco configuration.

What Does the Ford Bronco ORV Package Include?

The Bronco ORV Package combines a range of off-road components, starting with an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX. It also includes skid plates and a gas tank plate from the Bronco Raptor to help protect critical components when driving over rocky terrain.

Exterior upgrades include rocker-panel trail armor, blackout graphics, RIGID auxiliary lighting and a modular front bumper with park aid. The package also features 17-inch black WELD wheels, Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, red grille letter caps, a stealth hood decal and special ORV badging.

A ProCal calibration tool is also included. The recommended tires are 315/70R17, but they are sold separately and add to the overall cost.

Warranty Coverage for the Bronco ORV Package

The package includes a supplemental warranty for three years or 36,000 miles covering the included performance parts. When installation is completed by a dealership or an ASE-certified technician, the original new-vehicle warranty remains valid.

The ORV Package is designed to complement the Bronco’s existing off-road capabilities rather than replace them. It brings together suspension, protection, lighting and styling modifications in a single offering.

Which Ford Bronco Models Are Compatible?

The limited-edition ORV Package is available only for select versions of the 2025 and 2026 Ford Bronco. Eligibility is restricted to the following configurations:

  • Model years: 2025 and 2026
  • Body style: Four-door models only
  • Available trims: Base, Big Bend and Outer Banks

The Badlands and Raptor trims are not compatible with the package. Fitment also depends on the vehicle’s original trim, camera configuration and whether it has the Sasquatch Package.

Buyers should confirm compatibility before ordering. Although the package is limited-edition, the total number available has not been specified.

Ford Bronco ORV Package Costs $18,995

The package has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $18,995, equivalent to 46% of the price of a base 2026 Bronco four-door. It represents a significant additional expense for buyers looking to upgrade their SUVs.

By comparison, the Sasquatch Package costs $6,465 on the 2026 Bronco Big Bend. The ORV Package costs considerably more but includes a broader selection of suspension, protection, lighting and appearance upgrades.

Adding the ORV Package to a 2026 Bronco Outer Banks brings the total price close to $70,000. Buyers must also account for the recommended 315/70R17 tires, which are not included.

What the Bronco ORV Package Offers Buyers

Previewed several years ago at SEMA, the Bronco ORV Package provides off-road enthusiasts with a convenient way to combine multiple upgrades. It eliminates the need to source individual components and extends a selection of modifications to compatible Bronco trims that may not offer the same range of upgrades.

The supplemental warranty adds coverage for the included performance parts, while the suspension and protective equipment are intended to enhance the SUV’s off-road setup. However, the $18,995 price, which excludes the separately sold tires, remains a substantial investment beyond the vehicle’s standard cost.

For owners of compatible 2025 and 2026 models, the package offers a consolidated way to upgrade the Ford Bronco’s off-road equipment, provided they are willing to pay the additional cost.
