BMW Italia and AC Milan have renewed their partnership for the 2026/27 season, extending their collaboration for a sixth consecutive year. BMW will remain the football club’s Premium Partner and Official Automotive Partner under an agreement that began in 2021.
BMW and AC Milan Extend Their Partnership
The renewed partnership will continue to bring together the communities of BMW and AC Milan through sports, technology, mobility, innovation and sustainability.
BMW and the Rossoneri will also continue organizing joint events and experiences throughout the new season, with activities aimed at fans and customers as well as the broader partnership between the two organizations.
The collaboration has already included several joint initiatives. Among them is BMW in Tour, launched in 2023 by the Italian BMW dealer association (ACIB) together with the Insuperabili Foundation, with support from BMW Italia and AC Milan.
BMW in Tour Promotes Inclusion Through Football
BMW in Tour uses football as a platform to promote inclusion and social interaction. Its third season concluded in June after visiting 15 locations across Italy with support from BMW’s dealer network.
The initiative is part of the broader collaboration between BMW Italia and AC Milan, which extends beyond traditional football sponsorship through shared events and experiences.
BMW Remains AC Milan’s Official Car Supplier
BMW has also continued supplying vehicles to AC Milan. During the 2025/26 season, the automaker delivered a fleet that included the X5, X6 and X7.
The new iX3 also featured in the partnership, highlighting BMW’s focus on electric mobility. With the automaker expanding its Neue Klasse lineup, electric models are expected to remain an important part of the partnership’s product-focused activities.
Neue Klasse Expands BMW’s Electric Lineup
The AC Milan partnership gives BMW a platform in Italy to showcase its vehicles and technology while creating experiences around the brand. The collaboration comes as BMW continues rolling out its next generation of electric vehicles alongside combustion-engined and plug-in hybrid models.
BMW has already brought the new iX3 to market, while the i3 is about to launch. The iX5 is also in the starting blocks, followed next year by a first-ever iX7. An iX5 Hydrogen is also on the way.
With the 2026/27 season now underway, BMW’s expanding Neue Klasse lineup provides additional opportunities for the automaker to feature its latest models through its long-running relationship with AC Milan.
