BMW is moving quickly with its latest SUV launches, and two of its most important new models are already receiving customer incentives. The BMW iX3 and X5 have either just reached the market or are approaching dealer lots, with loyalty discounts now available as BMW pushes its newest SUVs.
BMW’s New iX3 and X5 Arrive
BMW’s latest product offensive includes several new and redesigned models arriving in rapid succession. The iX3 began U.S. sales and deliveries on September 16, 2026, while the fifth-generation X5 is scheduled to reach dealer lots by October.
The two SUVs represent important parts of BMW’s new-model strategy. The iX3 highlights the company’s direction and advances in EV mobility, while the X5 is expected to serve as the volume driver.
BMW Offers Discounts on New SUVs
The iX3 50 xDrive starts at $61,500, with an entry-level 40 model planned for later. The all-new X5 ranges from $69,800 to $79,800 for the electric iX5.
Despite being new models, both SUVs are already eligible for BMW loyalty discounts, according to CarsDirect. The offers could encourage existing BMW owners to move into the company’s Neue Klasse SUVs.
For the iX3, BMW is offering a $500 loyalty discount to customers purchasing its first Neue Klasse crossover SUV. The discount can be combined with a financing promotion offering 4.99% APR for 60 months.
The X5 receives a larger $1,000 loyalty discount, which can also be combined with the 4.99% APR financing promotion for 60 months.
BMW Moves to Keep Pace With Rivals
BMW’s aggressive pricing and promotional strategy comes as competition in the European luxury SUV market intensifies.
Audi has undercut the X5 with its similarly new Q7 and has also begun offering discounts on the larger Q9 shortly before BMW is expected to unveil the next-generation X7.
BMW is responding before the redesigned X5 has even reached dealer showrooms. The company has also invested heavily in its new vehicles, providing another reason to move inventory as quickly as possible.
Mercedes-Benz Adds to the Competition
Mercedes-Benz is also preparing a range of new models that will soon arrive at dealerships, adding another layer of competition among Europe’s luxury automakers.
BMW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz are introducing new and all-new models at an unusually rapid pace, creating an increasingly competitive environment in which each manufacturer is using discounts and other promotions to attract customers to its dealerships.
