The Aston Martin Vanquish 25 has been unveiled to celebrate 25 years of the Vanquish nameplate. Limited to just 50 examples worldwide, the special-edition grand tourer combines exclusive exterior and interior details with the brand’s 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine.
Aston Martin Marks 25 Years of the Vanquish
Aston Martin introduced the Vanquish 25 to commemorate a quarter-century since the original Vanquish debuted as the successor to the Virage. The model has evolved through three generations, with the latest version entering production in 2024.
The anniversary edition will be produced in an exclusive specification while retaining the large-capacity V12 engine that defines the current Vanquish.
Q by Aston Martin Creates Exclusive Design
The Vanquish 25 was developed by Q by Aston Martin, the company’s bespoke division. Its design draws inspiration from the launch specification of the original model introduced in 2001 while incorporating modern handcrafting techniques.
Finished in Q Skye Silver, the car features Q Commission metal foil detailing on the side sills and shield vanes, stainless steel side strakes, a Q Commission exhaust finisher, exclusive “Vanquish 25” badging, and 21-inch forged alloy wheels with a new “V” design.
Special Interior Features
Inside, the Vanquish 25 includes exclusive trim perforation patterns, unique trim splits, and laser-etched Aston Martin trim inlays. The number “25” is embroidered into the headrests, while a black Alcantara headliner can be paired with Onyx Black, Oxford Tan, or Phantom Grey interior finishes.
Models equipped with the grey or black interior retain the red start/stop button as the primary color accent.
V12 Performance Remains Unchanged
The Vanquish 25 shares its mechanical specifications with the standard Vanquish. Power comes from a 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing 823 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque.
The performance figures remain unchanged, with a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 214 mph.
Production Limited to 50 Vehicles
Aston Martin will build only 50 examples of the Vanquish 25 worldwide. Production will be evenly divided between the coupe and the Volante convertible.
The automaker has not announced pricing. A standard Vanquish V12 costs more than $430,000, while the Volante is priced closer to $490,000.
The Vanquish 25 will make its global debut at Monterey Car Week in California next month, with first customer deliveries scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Aston Martin Highlights the Vanquish Legacy
“25 years on from the unveiling of the very first Vanquish it is only right that we mark this nameplate’s contribution to our heritage,” said Vittorio Gabba, Head of Q at Aston Martin.
“Vanquish 25 builds on the extraordinary achievements of the modern, third-generation Vanquish with a carefully curated package of exterior and interior features that subtly celebrate this important milestone in our history.”
V12 Production Continues
Aston Martin plans to continue producing V12-powered models for several more years. CEO Adrian Hallmark recently said this will remain possible if annual V12 production stays below 1,000 units.
According to the company, maintaining production below that level would qualify Aston Martin for an exemption from legislation until at least 2035, allowing the Vanquish and a potential successor to continue using the V12 engine.
