Alfa Romeo Luna Rossa models are expanding beyond the ultra-exclusive Giulia Quadrifoglio special edition, with the new Edizione Luna Rossa treatment coming to four vehicles. The Junior, Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio each receive distinctive styling inspired by Alfa Romeo’s partnership with Italian sailing team Luna Rossa.
Four Alfa Romeo Models Get the Luna Rossa Treatment
Alfa Romeo’s partnership with Luna Rossa centers on technical collaboration, but the relationship also influences the automaker’s vehicle designs. The most exclusive example so far was the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa, a carbon-clad special edition limited to just 10 copies.
Now, Alfa Romeo is bringing the same design approach to a broader audience with Edizione Luna Rossa. The special treatment was revealed at the second America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta in Naples, Italy, and will be available on the Junior, Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio.
The four models are divided into two distinct design approaches. The Junior and Tonale SUVs feature a gray exterior accented by red stripes and white Luna Rossa lettering on both sides.
Junior and Tonale Get Red and White Accents
Both SUVs also feature red Alfa Romeo badges. The gray exterior can be replaced with black or white for buyers who prefer a different finish.
The Tonale receives 20-inch wheels with a three-spoke design that exposes the red Brembo brake calipers at both ends. The Junior rides on 18-inch wheels.
Inside, both models continue the exterior color theme with premium upholstery, 3D-knit detailing and red accents. The gray exterior finish remains the standout visual element, drawing direct inspiration from Luna Rossa team gear.
Giulia and Stelvio Take a Darker Approach
The Giulia sedan and Stelvio midsize crossover take a more aggressive visual direction with blacked-out exteriors. Both models receive red badges and red brake calipers, while the Giulia adds carbon fiber side skirts and a rear spoiler.
Carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic, or CFRP, is also used extensively inside both the Giulia and Stelvio. Their cabins combine predominantly black finishes with minimal red accents.
For buyers who do not want the fully black exterior treatment, Alfa Romeo will also offer the Edizione Luna Rossa versions of the Giulia and Stelvio in white or red.

The Edizione Luna Rossa program brings Luna Rossa-inspired styling to four Alfa Romeo models, expanding the partnership’s visual influence beyond the limited Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa. The Junior, Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio each interpret the theme with distinct exterior and interior details.
