The 2027 Ford Super Duty is getting an updated Roush package expected to cost $21,399 on top of the price of the donor truck. The package is available now for select F-250 and F-350 configurations, and Ford Authority reports that it can be ordered immediately.

What the Roush Package Includes

The Roush package focuses largely on appearance, although it also includes several chassis and hardware upgrades. The package adds 35-inch General Grabber A/TX tires mounted on new 20-inch gloss-black wheels.

Roush also installs its Performance Suspension System, slotted brake rotors at the front and rear, and a shortened front air dam designed to provide better clearance off-road.

Exterior upgrades include an illuminated gloss-black grille, color-matched fender flares with integrated lighting, and graphics that can be ordered with silver or red accents.

Inside, the package adds carbon-fiber trim, Roush floor liners and a serialized console badge. Roush also lists a performance exhaust, although Ford Authority reports that the exhaust is intended for Power Stroke diesel models.

No Reported Power Increase

One notable omission is any published information about horsepower or torque gains. Roush also has not released approach-angle or ground-clearance figures for the package.

For 2027, the Super Duty’s standard engine is the 7.3-liter Godzilla V8, rated at 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft of torque. The only other engine option is the high-output 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel, which produces 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque.

According to current reports, Roush leaves those engine outputs unchanged.

How It Compares With Ford’s Tremor Package

The factory alternative is Ford’s own off-road package. For 2027, the Tremor package is available on XL trucks equipped with the STX Appearance Package.

The Tremor package includes 35-inch Goodyear DuraTrac tires, a factory lift, electronic locking rear and limited-slip front differentials, skid plates and Trail Control.

Ford has not announced pricing for the 2027 Tremor package, making a direct price comparison with the Roush package impossible at this point.

What the $21,399 Roush Package Adds

Buyers considering the Roush package should compare its price and equipment with the factory Tremor package before assuming it represents an upgrade in off-road capability.

Based on what has been published so far, the $21,399 Roush package primarily adds appearance upgrades and the Roush brand, while no performance increase has been reported.
