The 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S Marsien is an extreme take on the legendary sports car, transforming the familiar 911 platform into an ultra-exclusive machine designed for both high-speed road driving and serious off-road performance.

Created by Marc Philipp Gemballa, son of legendary Porsche tuner Uwe Gemballa, the Marsien takes its name from the French word for “Martian.” Its combination of advanced engineering, rally-inspired styling and all-terrain capability gives the car an unusual dual personality, allowing it to transition from a sophisticated track machine to a high-speed desert vehicle.

Inspired by the Porsche 959

The Marsien features full carbon-fiber bodywork heavily inspired by the iconic Paris-Dakar-winning Porsche 959. The design blends retro rally cues with modern materials and engineering, creating a vehicle that looks dramatically different from a conventional 911 Turbo S.

Its bespoke KW suspension system is engineered for durability and increased articulation, giving the Marsien substantially greater off-road capability than a standard sports car.

830-HP RUF-Tuned Flat-Six

Power comes from a RUF-tuned 3.7-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six boxer engine producing 830 horsepower.

That output gives the Marsien serious performance on both pavement and loose surfaces. With street tires installed, the all-terrain Porsche can reach a claimed top speed of 208 mph on the road.

One of Just 40 Marsiens

This particular Marsien is the 21st of only 40 examples produced, making it an exceptionally rare collector car. It is finished in Limited Edition Al Faya Pearl White Effect and was equipped with nearly $345,000 in special options.

The vehicle has covered just 4,699 miles and is being offered by its original owner with a clean CARFAX report. It has also recently received more than $10,000 worth of servicing.

A $1.6 Million Porsche-Based Collector Car

The Marsien is listed for $1.6 million, reflecting its limited production, bespoke construction and combination of road and off-road performance.

Rather than simply modifying a Porsche 911 Turbo S, the Marsien represents a more ambitious interpretation of the platform, combining the modern 992-generation chassis with styling and engineering influenced by Group B rally history.

Its rarity and unusual capabilities place it firmly in the ultra-exclusive collector-car market. With just 40 examples produced, the Marsien offers wealthy enthusiasts a Porsche-based machine built to deliver extreme performance well beyond the limits of a conventional factory 911.
