Automakers are offering major discounts on select vehicles as the end of the year approaches, with some incentives reaching $70,000. The discounts span luxury cars, pickups and EVs, as brands look to move inventory before the year ends.
Car Discounts of $10,000 or More
Average car prices have continued rising, while automakers are increasingly using incentives to encourage buyers. A list from CarsDirect highlights more than a dozen major discounts currently available in the $10,000-or-more range.
The biggest offers are concentrated among luxury brands and higher-priced vehicles, although several mass-market pickups and EVs also appear on the list.
Luxury Car Discounts
The majority of the deals involve luxury vehicles. The 2026 Infiniti QX80, for example, has a $10,000 discount available across all variants.
Audi is offering some of the largest discounts on the list. The 2026 A8 has up to $24,000 off MSRP, while the RS e-tron carries a $20,000 discount plus an unadvertised $10,000 marketing credit, bringing the total discount to $30,000.
Audi is also offering up to $13,000 off the Q7 and $10,500 off the Q8.
Mercedes-Benz has three notable offers. The AMG GT has a $10,000 discount, while the 2026 EQS can be purchased with a total discount of $26,500. The largest Mercedes-Benz offer is a $70,000 discount on the S680.
Polestar is offering a $25,000 price reduction on the 2026 Polestar 4.
BMW also has substantial incentives on select models. The 2026 XM is now $17,000 off, while the i7 has a $14,500 offer.
Genesis rounds out the premium list with a $10,000 discount on a 2026 G90.
Mass-Market Vehicle Discounts
The mass-market portion of the list includes four models from Ram and Kia.
Ram is offering a 10% discount, roughly $10,000 or more, on the 2500 and 3500 models. The automaker is also offering a 15% discount, roughly $13,000 or more, on the 1500.
Kia rounds out the list with $10,000 discounts on the Niro EV and EV9.
Major Year-End Incentives
The discounts show a broad range of incentives across luxury vehicles, pickups and electric models. While the largest offers are concentrated among higher-priced vehicles, Ram and Kia are also offering substantial discounts on select mass-market models.
