The 2027 Chevrolet Colorado starts at $35,595, but loading up the midsize pickup with available packages and accessories can push its price to $83,702. That fully configured total puts the Colorado above the starting price of a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, which begins at $73,795 before options.
Chevrolet’s configurator offers a wide range of equipment for the 2027 Colorado, allowing buyers to build everything from a basic work truck to a heavily equipped ZR2. However, selecting nearly every available upgrade quickly moves the truck far beyond its entry-level price.
2027 Chevrolet Colorado Prices Start at $35,595
The least expensive 2027 Chevrolet Colorado is the two-wheel-drive Work Truck, which starts at $35,595 cash. That price covers the basic configuration, without the additional equipment available on higher trims.
Moving up to the LT, Trail Boss, Z71 and ZR2 brings starting prices ranging from $36,000 to $53,000. For this fully loaded configuration, the starting point is the ZR2, priced at $52,895.
Midsize pickups are often positioned as more affordable alternatives to full-size trucks. However, buyers willing to sacrifice some space and capability may still need to pay close attention to the final price when choosing additional equipment.
Technology and Comfort Packages Add Thousands
Among the available upgrades is the Technology package, priced at $1,950. It includes adaptive cruise control, a Bose premium sound system and other features.
Another option is Convenience Package III, which adds comfort and greater seat adjustability. The package costs $1,320.
Off-road equipment can increase the total further. Chevrolet offers the Off-Road Front Bumper Package for $3,950 and the Recovery Package for $3,684.
The ZR2 Bison Edition Package was excluded from this configuration, despite being offered at a discount. The goal was to push the configurator’s price as high as possible using the selected equipment.
Not Every Chevrolet Colorado Option Can Be Combined
Even with a long list of available packages and accessories, buyers cannot select every option at once. Some equipment packages prevent other accessories from being added because the components overlap or conflict with one another.
Those restrictions limit the combinations available, but Chevrolet’s configurator includes a price-checking feature that makes it possible to track the cost of the selected configuration.
Fully Loaded Colorado Costs More Than a Corvette Stingray
After adding the selected packages and equipment, the configured 2027 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 reaches a total of $83,702 cash.
By comparison, the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray starts at $73,795 without options. That makes the fully equipped Colorado more expensive than the entry-level Corvette.
The configurator’s Safety and Service section also includes a three-year MobileService+ plan, three years of SiriusXM and three years of OnStar One (Standalone). Together, those services add $1,698 to the total.
With those services included, the configured Colorado remains an approximately $80,000 pickup, illustrating how quickly its price can rise from the $52,895 starting point of the ZR2 used for this build.
