The Brabus P 900 Rocket Edition transforms the Mercedes-AMG G63 into a powerful, custom-built pickup truck with 900 metric horsepower, aggressive styling and a luxury-focused interior. Building on earlier SUV and convertible versions of the modified G-Wagen, the pickup combines a twin-turbo V8 engine with an extended wheelbase, carbon-fiber details and exclusive 24-inch wheels.

A New Chapter for the High-Performance G-Wagen

The Brabus P 900 Rocket Edition follows the Brabus 900 Rocket, introduced in January and based on the W465-series Mercedes-AMG G63. That model was followed by a convertible version of the modified G-Wagen, with the new pickup becoming the latest addition to the lineup.

The pickup retains the same powerful engine as the earlier versions, delivering substantial output in a distinctive body style. Its combination of power and acceleration makes it a notable contender among high-performance pickup trucks.

The Rocket Name and Its Performance Heritage

The Rocket series dates back to 2006, when the original model was based on the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class (W219). That sedan set a world land speed record for a street-legal sedan at 227.2 mph.

Several versions of the Rocket have followed over the years, but the P 900 Rocket Edition takes the concept in a new direction by transforming the G-Wagen into a custom-built pickup truck.

Extended Chassis and Aggressive Exterior Design

Creating the P 900 Rocket Edition required modifications to the Mercedes-AMG G63’s ladder chassis. An extension module increases the wheelbase by 19.7 inches, giving the pickup its distinctive proportions.

The exterior follows the design approach of the SUV and convertible versions, featuring boxy, flared wheel arches and an imposing stance. Extensive carbon-fiber elements reinforce the truck’s performance-focused appearance.

One of the most distinctive features is a set of 24-inch Brabus Monoblock II EVO “Platinum Edition” wheels. Combined with the large tires and widened wheel arches, the wheels contribute to the pickup’s aggressive styling.

A Luxury Interior With Exclusive Materials

The cabin features an exclusive Brabus Masterpiece interior finished in extra-soft black leather and Alcántara. The materials give the pickup a distinctive interior design while maintaining the luxury-focused character of the modified G-Wagen lineup.

Carbon fiber is used extensively throughout the vehicle, complementing the large wheels, muscular bodywork and performance-oriented styling.

900-Horsepower V8 Engine Powers the Pickup

The P 900 Rocket Edition is powered by a 4.5-liter Rocket 900 twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 900 metric horsepower, equivalent to 888 American horsepower, and 922 pound-feet of torque.

Power is delivered to all four wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission. The pickup can accelerate from zero to 62 mph in just 3.7 seconds, while its top speed is limited to 149 mph.

Upgraded Twin-Turbo V8 Delivers 922 LB-FT of Torque

The Rocket 900 engine is based on Mercedes-AMG’s 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. The modified powertrain features a larger bore, upgraded internal components and bigger turbochargers.

These changes help the 4.5-liter engine deliver its 900 metric horsepower and 922 lb-ft of torque, giving the custom-built pickup the performance figures that define the P 900 Rocket Edition.

With its extended wheelbase, exclusive interior, 24-inch wheels and powerful twin-turbo V8, the Brabus P 900 Rocket Edition brings an extreme performance approach to the Mercedes-AMG G63 pickup conversion.
