AEV FX370 is the latest upgrade package for the 2026-and-newer Ford Super Duty, offering many of the off-road features found in AEV’s more extreme FXL package while targeting improved everyday usability and a lower starting price. Designed for Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD models, the new package is available for preorder.
AEV Introduces a More Accessible Super Duty Package
American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) has expanded its lineup for the 2026-and-newer Ford Super Duty with the new FX370 package. The company says the package delivers the build quality and off-road capability it is known for while dialing back some of the more extreme elements of the FXL package to improve comfort and affordability.
The FX370 follows the debut of the Ford Super Duty AEV FXL, AEV’s first Ford build, which was introduced earlier this year.
Starting Price Comes in Below the FXL
The AEV FX370 package starts at $19,999, compared with the FXL package’s starting price of $25,999, both in addition to the cost of a qualifying 2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 equipped with four-wheel drive, regardless of engine or trim.
Using a 2026 Ford F-250 XL 4WD with an 8-foot bed and the 6.8-liter gasoline V-8 as an example, the FXL-equipped truck starts at $77,559. The same truck fitted with the FX370 package starts at $71,559.
AEV notes that customers can choose to install either package on a base-model Ford heavy-duty truck.
FX370 Features 37-Inch Tires and DualSport Suspension
The FX370 package is built around 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO3 tires mounted on 18-inch AEV Salta XD wheels. The setup is supported by AEV’s 4-inch DualSport RT suspension, allowing the larger tires to fit without requiring sheet metal modifications.
The suspension includes AEV-tuned Bilstein dampers and is designed to support ride quality and handling across urban streets, highways, and off-road terrain while providing the clearance needed for proper tire articulation.
Built for Work and Off-Road Use
The package includes a winch-capable AEV heavy-duty front bumper designed to accommodate a winch while remaining suitable for job site and commercial use.
A matching high-clearance rear bumper improves departure angles and adds off-road protection without compromising towing or work functionality.
Additional exterior and interior touches include a graphics package and AEV-embroidered headrests.
Available to Preorder
Compared with the FXL, the FX370 uses smaller tires, wheels that are not beadlock-capable, and does not include fender flares. Despite those differences, it retains much of the FXL’s off-road capability while offering improved everyday livability at a lower price.
