2027 Toyota C-HR Pricing and Availability
Toyota announced the 2027 C-HR is expected to begin arriving at dealerships in September. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price starts at $37,080 for the SE grade, excluding Dealer Processing and Handling fees.
The model continues to be offered as one of Toyota’s three battery electric vehicles alongside the company’s Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid models. Developed from a compact BEV concept first presented in 2022, the 2027 C-HR remains unchanged from the previous model year.
Performance and Electric Driving Range
The 2027 Toyota C-HR comes standard with electronic all-wheel drive using electric motors housed in the front and rear eAxles. The system produces 338 total system horsepower with 198 lb.-ft. of torque from the front motor and 125 lb.-ft. from the rear motor.
Toyota estimates a 0-60 mph time of 4.9 seconds. The vehicle uses a 74.7-kWh lithium-ion battery paired with an 11-kW onboard AC charger.
The SE grade equipped with 18-inch wheels has a manufacturer-estimated driving range of 287 miles, while the XSE grade with 20-inch wheels is rated at an estimated 273 miles.
The C-HR features a North American Charging Standard (NACS) charging port for Level 3 DC fast charging. Under ideal conditions, the battery can charge from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes. Charging time may vary depending on weather conditions and other factors.
The vehicle also supports Plug & Charge capability on supported networks, can charge using Level 1 and Level 2 AC power sources, includes a standard dual-voltage charging cable, and features Battery Preconditioning that can be activated manually or automatically by setting a fast-charging station as the navigation destination with an active Drive Connect trial or subscription.
Steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters allow drivers to select from four levels of regenerative braking.

Built on Toyota’s dedicated e-TNGA battery electric vehicle platform, the 2027 C-HR combines a wide stance with flowing body lines and a coupe-like roofline. Toyota’s signature hammerhead front end transitions into a compact cabin and angular rear design.

Every 2027 Toyota C-HR includes a standard 14-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen with a six-speaker audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, dual Qi wireless charging, multiple USB-C ports, a rear cargo-area 1,500W AC outlet, and a 7-inch customizable LCD Multi-Information Display.
