The Lincoln Nautilus continues to play a major role in the automaker’s U.S. lineup, setting a new sales record in the second quarter of 2026 with 10,370 units sold. Nearly two-thirds of those buyers came from other luxury brands, highlighting the SUV’s growing appeal in the premium market.

The Nautilus is also positioned at the center of a broader shift for Lincoln. Ford wants to move production of some China-built Lincoln models back to the United States by 2030, citing tariffs and new technology rules. For now, however, the 2027 Nautilus remains built in China while receiving styling updates, interior enhancements and additional technology.

2027 Lincoln Nautilus Gets a Sharper Exterior

The 2027 Nautilus receives a more distinctive front-end design, including a wider grille, a redesigned hood and updated fenders. Lincoln’s signature lighting continues to tie the exterior together, while slimmer taillights at the rear put greater emphasis on the Lincoln name.

Buyers can choose from five wheel designs ranging from 19 to 22 inches. The available Jet Appearance Package adds gloss-black exterior trim and larger wheels, while Nocturnal Blue joins the paint selection. Black Label models also receive an exclusive Frosted Fig finish.

Luxury-Focused Interior Updates

Inside, Premiere and Reserve models gain a new Afterglow interior theme. The Reserve trim also offers a Hot Chocolate theme, while Black Label buyers can choose between Eminent Hour, inspired by desert sunsets, and Elysian Light, inspired by sunrise over water.

Lincoln continues to emphasize wellness with the available Renew Package. It combines Lincoln Rejuvenate with 24-way power front seats featuring massage functions and memory settings. The package also includes Digital Scent for an enhanced cabin experience.

The large 48-inch panoramic display remains the centerpiece of the dashboard. Google Maps, apps and voice assistance are now included as standard features through the Lincoln Connectivity Package. Buyers also receive four years of connectivity and security services, along with BlueCruise 1.5.

Two Powertrain Choices Remain Available

The standard Nautilus continues with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Customers seeking additional efficiency can choose the hybrid powertrain, which combines a more powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with a 100-kW electric motor and a continuously variable transmission. Total output reaches 285 horsepower.

The hybrid has become a significant part of the Nautilus lineup, accounting for more than half of the SUV’s sales. Lincoln is continuing to offer both powertrain choices rather than requiring buyers to move exclusively toward electrification.

2027 Nautilus Orders Are Open

Lincoln is accepting orders for the 2027 Nautilus, with deliveries scheduled to begin early next year. The automaker has not yet announced pricing for the updated SUV.
