The 2027 Nissan Rogue non-hybrid is sticking around as Nissan prepares to bring its all-new Rogue Hybrid to U.S. showrooms. While the hybrid introduces fresh sheet metal and e-Power technology, the current-generation gas-powered Rogue will continue into the 2027 model year with a lower effective price after destination charges.
2027 Nissan Rogue Non-Hybrid Pricing
Nissan is keeping the non-hybrid Rogue powered by its 1.5-liter VC-Turbo three-cylinder engine and Xtronic CVT. The lineup continues with S, SV, Rock Creek, Dark Armor, and Platinum trims, with front- and all-wheel drive available where offered.
Although Nissan increased the MSRP of nearly every trim by $200, the Platinum AWD receives a $400 increase. However, the destination and handling charge drops from $2,245 on the 2026.5 Rogue to $1,575 for 2027.
That $670 reduction means the 2027 Rogue actually costs less overall before dealer discounts. Most trims are $470 cheaper when destination charges are included, while the Platinum AWD is $270 less expensive.
- Rogue S FWD: $29,690 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue SV FWD: $30,690 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue S AWD: $31,090 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue SV AWD: $32,090 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue Dark Armor FWD: $33,540 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue Rock Creek AWD: $34,590 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue Dark Armor AWD: $34,940 MSRP, $470 lower including destination
- Rogue Platinum AWD: $39,790 MSRP, $270 lower including destination
Small Changes for the 2027 Rogue
The non-hybrid Rogue does not receive a full redesign for 2027. Instead, Nissan makes smaller updates while carrying over the existing powertrain.
The biggest mechanical change is a retuned Xtronic CVT. Nissan says the new calibration delivers smoother, more linear acceleration along with sharper throttle response.
The engine remains a 201-horsepower, 225-lb-ft VC-Turbo unit that runs on regular unleaded fuel. Fuel economy also remains unchanged, with S and SV FWD models rated at up to 28 mpg city, 33 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined.
Rock Creek, Dark Armor and Platinum Continue
Nissan is also maintaining the Rogue’s distinct trim personalities for 2027.
The Rock Creek remains the adventure-focused version, featuring Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires, Hill Descent Control, a tubular roof rack and rugged styling.
The Dark Armor continues with gloss-black trim and unique 19-inch wheels, while the Platinum remains the range-topping Rogue with semi-aniline leather, dual 12.3-inch screens, Google built-in, Bose audio and other premium interior features.
2027 Rogue Hybrid Arrives With Higher Pricing
Nissan says the non-hybrid Rogue is already available in showrooms, giving buyers another option when the new Rogue Hybrid reaches the U.S. market.
- Rogue Hybrid SV AWD: $35,490, available early 2027
- Rogue Hybrid SV AWD with SV Premium Package: $37,590, available early 2027
- Rogue Hybrid SR AWD: $37,490, available early 2027
- Rogue Hybrid SR AWD with SR Technology Package: $41,490, available fall 2026
- Rogue Hybrid Platinum AWD: $43,490, available early 2027
The 2027 Nissan Rogue lineup therefore gives buyers a choice between the new hybrid with its fresh body and electrified powertrain, and the existing gas-powered Rogue with a lower entry price. The non-hybrid model remains available for buyers who prefer its existing gas setup.
