The 2027 Lincoln Nautilus receives a series of mid-cycle updates designed to keep the midsize luxury SUV fresh three years into its model life. Lincoln adds revised exterior styling, new interior options, additional luxury features and significantly more power for the optional hybrid powertrain.
2027 Lincoln Nautilus Gets Revised Exterior Styling
The 2027 Lincoln Nautilus adopts a less sculptural front fascia than its immediate predecessor. The changes include smaller, boxier headlights with LED accents that no longer meet at the star emblem in the center.
Lincoln also adds gloss-black trim to the front fascia, making the already-large grille appear even larger. Vehicles equipped with the Jet Appearance Package, including the gray model shown in photos, retain the pre-facelift Nautilus bumper with triangular corner vent openings finished in glossy black.
Other versions receive a new lower fascia featuring a wide, narrow vent and a subtle strip of matte-silver trim along the lower edge.
At the rear, the Nautilus retains its full-width taillight design but replaces the previous single wide light element with two narrow LED strips. The Lincoln name again appears in block lettering across the taillight panel.
The simulated exhaust openings used on the 2026 model are also gone. In their place is an unusual fluted garnish extending across the entire rear bumper.
More Power for the Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid
One of the biggest changes for 2027 comes to the Nautilus hybrid, which represents about 60 percent of the current SUV family’s sales.
The standard powertrain remains a combustion-only turbocharged 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder producing 250 horsepower. The hybrid, however, gains 60 horsepower, compared with the 35-horsepower increase offered by the previous hybrid.
The smaller, hybrid-exclusive Corsair uses a similar powertrain layout but produces 305 horsepower. Buyers willing to spend less may also find that the compact SUV offers better performance and fuel economy than its midsize Nautilus sibling.
New Interior Colors and Luxury Features
Interior changes are limited, although Lincoln adds new color options across the lineup. The flagship Black Label trim receives two new schemes: Eminent Hour and Elyisian Light.
Eminent Hour combines brown upholstery with black accents and copper trim. Elyisian Light features gray seat upholstery within a dark-blue interior environment.
The base and Reserve trims also gain a new Afterglow interior scheme, pairing light, warm-gray upholstery with a black interior.
Lincoln is also making additional luxury features available on lower Nautilus trims. The Renew package, for example, includes 24-way adjustable front seats and the Lincoln Rejuvenate system.
Lincoln Rejuvenate integrates seat position, climate controls, audio and ambient lighting into a built-in meditation app through a partnership with Calm.
Why the 2027 Lincoln Nautilus Matters
The Nautilus has become an important model for Lincoln. During the second quarter of 2026, it was the brand’s best-selling vehicle, with more than 10,000 customer deliveries marking the model’s most successful year on record.
The SUV also accounted for 65 percent luxury conquest sales. As a result, a large portion of Nautilus owners are new to Lincoln, making customer satisfaction important to the company’s ability to turn those buyers into repeat customers.
2027 Lincoln Nautilus Updates Keep the Formula Intact
The 2027 changes largely preserve the Nautilus formula while adding more hybrid power and new equipment. The revised front fascia brings a boxier, more plastic-heavy appearance, while the updated rear lighting provides a different visual treatment.
For hybrid buyers, the additional power is a notable change. Overall, the incremental updates maintain the core characteristics of the midsize luxury SUV without fundamentally altering the model.
