Chrysler is preparing for a major shift under Stellantis, with its upcoming Arrow and Arrow Cross crossovers reportedly targeting a starting price of around $25,000. The new pricing could make Chrysler the most affordable American brand in the Stellantis portfolio if the targets are met.

Chrysler Arrow and Airflow Pricing

According to Automotive News, Chrysler’s upcoming Arrow and Arrow Cross crossovers will start around $25,000. Tim Kuniskis, Stellantis Head of American Brands, had previously promised that the reskinned Fiat Grizzly crossovers would start under $30,000, including the fastback-like coupe version.

The new report suggests Chrysler’s pricing could come in even lower than that earlier target. The Airflow, which Kuniskis said would start under $40,000, is also expected to be priced around $35,000.

If those pricing targets are achieved, Chrysler would become the most affordable American brand within the Stellantis portfolio.

Chrysler’s Product Range Is Expanding

Chrysler has remained a minivan-only brand since 2023, when the 300 sedan was discontinued. Its only product, the Pacifica/Voyager, has struggled to keep up with the times, although the recent 2027 refresh represented a significant step forward.

The updated minivan features a more modern appearance, while the upcoming Arrow crossovers and mid-size Airflow are expected to share some front-end design details with it.

Chrysler could also explore further changes to its minivan. A performance-minded VANkulture concept was shown at Roadkill Nights last month. Although the concept is unlikely to enter production, it could signal an interest in factory-supported upgrades.

Whatever Chrysler’s ultimate plans may be, the brand is clearly seeking to build excitement around its upcoming products and appeal to a broader group of buyers.

Could a Chrysler Sedan Return?

The discontinuation of the 300 does not necessarily mean Chrysler will never offer another sedan or sedan-like vehicle. Scott Krugger, Stellantis Head of North America Design, said vehicles will begin to blend segments as buyers look for unique designs that combine the space and security of a crossover-like vehicle with the lower aerodynamic drag and other efficiency benefits of more sedan-like shapes.

Krugger stopped short of confirming a new Chrysler sedan. However, the comments indicate that the brand remains open to exploring different vehicle formats, including the possibility of a sedan-like model.

Chrysler Arrow and Airflow Launch Plans

Neither the Arrow nor the Airflow has received an official launch date. The Airflow is expected to enter production in late 2027, while the Arrow is predicted to arrive in 2028 or 2029 as part of Stellantis’ Future 2030 plan.

The plan calls for Stellantis to invest $70 billion to launch 60 new vehicles featuring new technology. Platform-sharing across the company’s brands is also expected to help keep costs in check.

However, the Arrow’s production location in Morocco could lead to unexpected tariff-related price adjustments. With pricing viewed as a key factor in Chrysler’s return to meaningful growth, maintaining its targeted price points could be important.

The larger Airflow is expected to be built in Illinois, giving Chrysler an opportunity to expand globally if its new products resonate with buyers.
