Toyota has announced 2027 Toyota Camry pricing, with the base sedan continuing to start below $30,000 despite a modest $100 increase across every trim. The Camry remains America’s best-selling sedan after Toyota switched the current generation to a hybrid-only lineup for the 2025 model year.

2027 Toyota Camry Prices

The 2027 Camry receives only a minor price increase, with every trim costing $100 more than before. The sedan remains available with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

  • LE: $29,700
  • SE: $32,200
  • Nightshade Edition: $33,200
  • XLE: $34,900
  • XSE: $36,100

All-wheel drive adds $1,525. No major changes are expected for the sedan for the 2027 model year.

Camry Hybrid Powertrain and Fuel Economy

Front-wheel-drive Camry models combine a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor to produce 225 horsepower. All-wheel-drive versions make 232 hp, although the additional output does not bring a significant increase in performance.

The most efficient configuration is the base LE with front-wheel drive, which earns EPA-rated fuel economy of 52/49/51 mpg city/highway/combined. At the other end of the lineup, the XSE with all-wheel drive is rated at 43/43/43 mpg.

The current Camry generation debuted for the 2025 model year with a hybrid-only powertrain lineup, marking the first time every Camry was electrified. The change has not hurt the sedan’s sales, as it has continued to outsell rivals including the Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata.

How the Camry Compares With the Accord

The 2027 Camry remains priced well below the Honda Accord Hybrid, which starts at $33,795 for the 2026 model year. Honda also offers a non-hybrid Accord priced below $30,000.

With prices rising only marginally for 2027, the Camry continues to occupy a high-value position in its segment.

Which 2027 Camry Trim Should You Buy?

The entry-level Camry LE has a relatively plain appearance, while the higher trims cost more than the Camry needs to. The recommended choice is the SE, which adds styling and interior upgrades without going as far up the price ladder as the top trims.

The SE replaces the LE’s 16-inch wheels with larger 18-inch alloys. It also features a single exhaust with dual chrome tips, a black sport mesh grille, a black rear lower diffuser and a color-keyed rear spoiler.

Inside, the SE gets a leather-trimmed shift knob, aluminum sport pedals, a leather-trimmed steering wheel and SofTex upholstery instead of the LE’s fabric seats.

Unless Toyota makes changes for 2027, the Camry SE should retain its seven-inch digital gauge cluster and eight-inch touchscreen. While both displays are small by modern standards, their functionality is good.

Camry Remains Toyota’s Best-Selling Model in 2026

The Camry is already Toyota’s best-selling model in 2026 due to consistent RAV4 supply issues. With only a small price increase for the 2027 model, the sedan is positioned to maintain its strong demand.
